Kenneth Cain has been photographing since his high school years in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He graduated in 1974 from Arizona State University where he studied with Jack Stuler, Eric Kronengold, and James Sandal. Also in the seventies he had the good fortune to study with Ansel Adams, Wynn Bullock, Minor White, Jack Welpott, Ralph Gibson, and Bruce Davidson in workshops.
Kenneth moved to Amelia Island after being the staff photographer for The Newberry Library in Chicago for 17 years. In addition to freelance work doing portraits, weddings, etc. he has exhibited his fine art black & white prints for over 30 years now. He is married to internationally known lettering artist and calligrapher Eliza Holliday and has two sons in college. They moved to Amelia Island in 1998 after spending many years in Chicago and Eugene, Oregon.
